保质期: 由于手工月饼无添加防腐剂，若月饼放置在常温下，建议3天内食用完毕，以免食品变质。

储存条件: 将月饼放置在阴凉、干燥的地方，避免阳光直射和高温环境。如果您未在保质期食用完毕，建议将月饼放冷藏保存，以延长其保质期，最长可达14天。

食用方法: 在食用前，使用烤炉或气炸锅加热口感更佳。

[Homemade Teochew Yam Paste Mooncake] Smooth yam paste filling is wrapped in layers of crispy Chinese-style puff pastry. The dense and delicate taste seems to melt in the mouth. The nose and mouth are filled with the tempting aroma of yam. The added salted egg yolk increases to the overall taste, sweet but not greasy!

Remark: Reheat the mooncake with the oven or air fryer before serving for a better texture and taste.

Shelf Life: Handmade mooncakes do not contain preservatives. If you keep them at room temperature, it is recommended to eat them within 3 days to avoid spoilage.

Storage Conditions: Store the mooncakes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high-temperature environments. If you haven't finished consuming the mooncakes within the shelf life, it is advisable to refrigerate them to extend their shelf life, up to a maximum of 14 days.
